04 / Questions
Common questions
Are you the lender?
No. Foundation Point Funding is an advisory firm, not a direct lender. We help prepare your request and connect you with capital providers, who make their own credit decisions.
What should I have ready for a first conversation?
Property type and location, purchase price or estimated value, occupancy and rent information if applicable, and any existing debt with its maturity date.
Can you help with a loan that is maturing soon?
Yes. A maturity is a common reason to start the conversation. The earlier we review it, the more options there usually are to consider.
